Porco loses suit to block movie

A year after a made-for-TV movie about Christopher Porco aired on the Lifetime, an appellate court is siding with the producers and the network.

Porco, now 30 and representing himself from prison, had sought an injunction against "Romeo Killer," claiming it violated his civil rights.  It aired anyway.

The judge says Porco's request to stop it amounted to an "unconstitutional restraint on speech."

Porco is serving 46 years to life for the 2004 axe attack that left his father dead and mother severely injured.
