A Glens Falls man is facing charges for selling heroin with his seven year old son, investigators said.
Angel Miguel Gonzalez, 43, of Glens Falls was arrested Friday, May 2, and charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance (3rd Degree, Class-B Felonies), two counts of Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance (3rd Degree, Class-B felonies), one count of Criminal sale of a controlled substance (4th Degree, Class-C felony), and one count of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child (1st Degree, Class-A misdemeanor).
Authorities say an informant bought heroin from Gonzalez on two separate occasions and Suboxone one other time and Gonzalez’s seven-year old child was present during one of the transactions.
Gonzalez was arraigned in Warren County Court and sent to the Warren County jail in lieu of $25,000 cash/$50,000 bond.
The Glens Falls Police Department assisted the Sheriff’s Office in this investigation.
