A 16 year old from the Bronx is charged in the stabbing death of a Troy teenager after a big party last month on 2nd Avenue.
Jason Johnson was arrested Wednesday in New York City in the stabbing death of E'shane Walker. Troy deputy police Chief Richard Mc Avoy says something new combined with tradtionial police outreach methods, helped them make the arrest.
Troy Police chief John Tedesco did not reveal a possible motive in the stabbing death.
Two Troy police sergeants went to the city to make the arrest, they had help from New York City Police detectives.
