Delivered And Accepted

New York's anti-corruption commission created by Gov. Cuomo is demanding information from Republicans but apparently hasn't asked for anything from Cuomo or other statewide Democrats in a flurry of subpoenas aimed at political organizations.

An official familiar with the case says the Moreland Commission to Investigate Public Corruption issued subpoenas to the state Senate Republican Campaign Committee and the state Independence Party. The subpoenas seek information on housekeeping accounts, which have few limitations on donations they accept or how they spend the cash.

A state Republican Committee spokesman declined to comment on what its subpoena asks.

Commission spokeswoman Michelle Duffy declined comment.
