The former NFL offensive lineman whose second home in Stephentown was trashed by partying teenagers has signed papers that authorize the sheriff to press charges against them. Brian Holloway wanted the 300 teens and their parents to make amends by showing up at a clean up party last weekend. Only 4 did, which Holloway says forced him to take a stand.
Holloway has said the partiers caused at least $20,000 in damage to his home. The sheriff's office says no charges had been filed yet.
